Interview stages
Stage 1: Hiring manager screen
30 minutes · Video call with the hiring manager
- Come with questions about the team, product, and role
- No trick questions, no brainteasers
- Next steps shared before the call ends
Stage 2: Technical / domain
45 minutes · Video call with 2 team members

No live coding. You complete a take-home on your schedule. We discuss your approach together.
Stage 3: Team & values
30 minutes · Cross-functional call about collaboration, disagreements, and ambiguity.
After the interview
- Decision: 5 business days from final stage
- Offer: Salary, equity, benefits, start date — in writing
- Negotiation: Open to it. Comp benchmarked quarterly.
- Feedback: Honest, specific feedback if you'd like it
